Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a fresher, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers and driving sales. This is a full-time position where you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and offer solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales in the Proptech industry.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Ability to identify and attract potential clients through effective lead generation strategies tailored to NoBroker.com's services.
  • Cold Calling (Mandatory skill): Proficient in initiating conversations with potential clients to introduce NoBroker's offerings and persuade them to utilize our platform.
  • Sales: Strong sales skills to identify customer needs, pitch services effectively, and close deals that generate revenue for the company.
  • Telecalling: Excellent telephone communication skills with the ability to engage prospective clients in discussion, building rapport and trust.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of NoBroker.com's services and the ability to communicate benefits to clients.
  • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate terms and pricing with customers, ensuring win-win outcomes that benefit both parties involved.
  • Cross-Selling: Identifying opportunities to offer additional services to existing customers, maximizing value for both the client and the company.
  • Customer Service: A commitment to providing top-tier customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels including phone calls and emails to generate interest in NoBroker.com services.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and tailor product offerings that best meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of NoBroker.com's offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell additional services, enhancing the overall value proposition for our customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with services and identify potential for further business.
  • Analyze feedback from customers and partners to continually improve the sales process and enhance client satisfaction.
