Job Summary
We are looking for a driven
Inside Sales Associate
with proven experience in selling courses/programs over calls. The candidate should be target-oriented, confident in communication, and comfortable handling leads, counselling prospects, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students/customers
Counsel leads about courses/programs and convert them into enrollments
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads
Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Academic Counselling
Experience in
EdTech or course/program selling
is preferred
Fluency in
any South Indian language or Marathi
is mandatory
Good communication skills in English and regional language
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Ability to join
immediately or within short notice
