About the Role



We are looking for energetic and persuasive

Inside Sales Associates

who will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The role involves

cold calling, lead follow-ups, product explanation, and achieving sales targets

.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound/cold calls

to potential customers Explain company products/courses/services clearly and convincingly Identify customer needs and guide them with the right solution Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp Convert inquiries into

confirmed sales

Maintain records, update CRM, and track daily leads Achieve weekly/monthly

sales and revenue targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements



Minimum

Graduation

required Freshers & experienced candidates can apply Strong communication & persuasion skills Comfortable with

cold calling

and

target-based work

Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude Good problem-solving and listening skills Basic computer skills (typing, CRM usage, email, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
