Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be one of the first touchpoints for patients exploring treatment options through Luxora. You will engage with inbound leads, qualify their requirements, explain treatment pathways, coordinate with clinics, and ensure every prospect receives a high-trust, high-clarity experience. This role demands excellent communication skills, fast learning, and the ability to handle sensitive medical conversations with professionalism and empathy. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and founders to help create a seamless, consultative sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with inbound leads through WhatsApp, calls, email, and social platforms
Qualify prospects based on medical needs, budget, urgency, and travel constraints
Present Luxora's value proposition clearly and convincingly
Coordinate with clinics/hospitals to gather treatment plans, estimates, and timelines
Follow up with prospects consistently to drive conversion
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all communication
Support the Head of Sales with outbound campaigns and lead-gen activities
Handle patient queries with empathy, patience, and clarity
Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to smoothen the patient journey
Ensure a professional, trustworthy, and consultative experience in every interaction
Required Qualifications
1-3 years experience in inside sales, customer success, tele-consultation, or service-
driven roles
Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations
Ability to work night-aligned shifts for international markets (U.S./UK/Australia)
Proficiency with CRM tools and structured follow-up
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Based in Pune or willing to relocate (preferred)
