Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

inbound calls

, WhatsApp inquiries, and email leads from prospective students. Understand students' requirements and provide accurate information about study abroad programs.

Convert leads into admissions

by pitching suitable courses and program offerings. Follow up with potential leads to ensure timely conversions. Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and status. Work closely with the admissions and counselling team for smooth onboarding. Achieve

monthly sales and revenue targets

.

Requirements:



Graduation is mandatory

(any discipline).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Comfortable working with

sales targets and lead conversions

. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage. Freshers and candidates with up to 1-2 years of inside sales experience are welcome.
