cold calling + sales-driven
position.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound/cold calls to potential students and introduce our German language learning programs.
Explain course details clearly - levels, duration, fees, batch timings, and benefits.
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable course options.
Follow up on leads, maintain call logs, and update CRM with accuracy.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections professionally and maintain a strong sales pitch.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills (English is a must).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making high-volume calls daily.
Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in telesales/inside sales, EdTech, or call center roles is an added advantage.
Interest in language learning or German education (optional).
