We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products accordingly.
Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
Follow up on sales inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and outcomes.
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Prepare and share reports on sales activities and results.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or similar role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
Ability to handle rejections and remain confident during calls.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
