Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain healthcare training programs and services effectively.
Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and conversions.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented and self-driven with a passion for sales
