Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Inside Sales Associate

to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for showcasing the value of our product and driving customer acquisition. From the first call to successful onboarding, you will play a vital role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth journey.

Responsibilities:



Conduct engaging online product demos via Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to customer needs. Handle inbound calls, identify potential customers, and follow up to convert leads into active users. Manage the complete onboarding process, ensuring customers transition smoothly into product usage. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback using CRM tools. Share customer insights, feedback, and suggestions with the team for continuous improvement.

Requirements:



6 months to 2 years of experience (internship or full-time) in sales or business development. Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in demonstrating products. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Target-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals. Fluency in

Hindi

is mandatory.
