As an Inside Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage in cold calling to generate interested leads and drive sales for online tuition services. You will be tasked with understanding customer needs, explaining our offerings, and converting leads into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote online tuition services
Identify and qualify leads to ensure sales efficiency
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications:
