Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms. Explain product/service offerings and address customer queries. Maintain and update CRM with client interactions. Follow up with prospects to drive sales closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing team for lead generation campaigns. Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

6 months - 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Customer Handling. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Graduate / Diploma holders preferred.
