Min 2 Years of experience in Edtech sales or very strong Inside sales experience

Graduation completed or awaiting final results
CTC:
Based on interview performance + incentives (Up to ?20,000 per month for performers) + Lunch provided (Company sponsored) + Weekly rewards
Working Days & Weekly Offs:
1st & 3rd Week: Monday & Tuesday off (5 working days)
2nd, 4th & 5th Week: Tuesday off (6 working days)
Working Hours:
10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct video calls with prospective CA students
Convert qualified leads into enrollments
Meet and exceed sales targets
Follow-ups, relationship building & solution-based selling
Attend regular training sessions
Skills Required:
Strong communication in Hindi & English
Convincing and sales skills
Comfortable in a target-driven B2C environment
