About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to boost membership sales and contribute to revenue growth. The role involves connecting with potential members, closing deals, and promoting club services like fitness, banquets, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert potential members through calls, walk-ins, and leads.
Achieve monthly membership and revenue targets.
Manage leads using CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Conduct club tours and build lasting client relationships.
Support promotional events and outreach activities.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business/Marketing/Hospitality (preferred).
1-3 years of direct sales experience (hospitality/fitness/lifestyle preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Target-driven with a strong customer focus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
