We are hiring a motivated and result-driven

Inside Sales Executive

for our

B2B Education segment

. The role focuses on converting leads, building relationships with institutional clients, and generating new business opportunities. Candidates will work closely with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming leads provided by the company

and convert them into sales Actively

generate new leads

through calling, referrals, and market research Engage with B2B clients in the education sector Conduct product/program presentations over calls, online meetings, or demos Understand client requirements and propose suitable education solutions Follow up consistently to close deals within defined timelines Maintain CRM data, call logs, and sales reports accurately Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus) Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience or interest in

B2B sales

, preferably in the

education industry

Ability to work on both

lead conversion and lead generation

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling tools)
Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / Business Development Candidates with

B2B Education industry exposure

will be preferred
