The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving conversions for Bootstart spaces. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand client requirements to offer suitable workspace solutions.

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
Convert leads into site visits and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with Community Managers and Operations teams for client onboarding.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.
Conduct virtual or physical tours of Bootstart spaces for potential clients.
Follow up with prospects post-visits and negotiate contract terms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation quality.
Stay updated with competitors, pricing, and coworking market trends.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer orientation with problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, ZOHO, and digital communication tools.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
