Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into sales through phone, email, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online chat, and inperson
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and promotions.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and status updates.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Prior experience in D2C/e-commerce or furniture/mattress segment is a plus.
