Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and working professionals about Online MBA programs.
Achieve and exceed monthly admission targets through proactive outreach and engagement.
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Drive the complete admission process -- from lead generation to enrollment.
Provide clear and accurate information about course offerings, fee structures, and benefits.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and conversions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless student onboarding and support.
Candidate Requirements:
Target oriented
with a strong drive to achieve numbers consistently.
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi
, and
Marathi or Kannada
.
Willingness to work extended or flexible hours to meet business goals.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build trust quickly.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Education/Business background preferred).
6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or EdTech roles.
