Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that add value.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Meet and exceed monthly growth targets, revenue goals, and conversion metrics.
Maintain detailed records of outreach, client meetings, and deal progress.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Coordinate closely with sales support and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
What You Should Bring
:
1-3 years of business development experience.
Proficiency in
Malayalam (mandatory)
and English.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to open doors, develop trust, and close deals.
A self-motivated mindset with a focus on targets and client satisfaction.
Comfort with CRM tools and structured pipeline management.
