Job Description

The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while mentoring the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve performance. Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Requirements:



Proven experience in inside sales with end-to-end sales cycle management. Must have knowledge of digital marketing services. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals. Own conveyance is must.
