Sales Development Executive (Inside Sales)
to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales coordination within the IT domain.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and digital channels
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions/services
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for demos and meetings
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and achieve targets
Qualification & Experience
IT qualification is mandatory
(B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc IT, or equivalent)
Prior experience in the IT industry is preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in IT sales may also apply
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of IT services/products
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a professional attitude
