We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented
Inside Sales Executives
who can effectively communicate with potential clients, generate interest in our projects, and convert inquiries into successful sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to prospective clients and respond promptly to inbound leads from digital campaigns, property portals, and walk-ins.
Understand client requirements such as
budget, location, and property preferences
to suggest suitable project options.
Maintain consistent and professional
follow-up communication
with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Convert qualified leads into
site visits
and assist the field sales team in coordinating the same.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
using CRM software or Excel.
Provide detailed
project information, pricing, and payment plans
to clients and address their queries effectively.
Collaborate with the
marketing team
to share feedback from clients and improve lead quality.
Strive to achieve
weekly and monthly targets
for lead generation, follow-ups, and closures.
Stay updated on
market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
to offer clients informed advice.
Build and maintain
long-term client relationships
to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Candidate Profile
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in
BBA / BBM / Marketing / Business Administration
or related discipline.
Experience:
0-1 years of experience in
real estate inside sales, tele calling, or customer service
(freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to build rapport quickly.
Fluency in
English
, with knowledge of
Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages
preferred.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
and
CRM tools
.
Result-driven
with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to meet deadlines.
Must be comfortable working in a
target-oriented environment
with daily call and lead follow-up metrics.
