Accurate CRM management and consistent sales performance will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to and engage prospects through WhatsApp and phone calls (no in-person meetings).
Clearly communicate product benefits and help customers understand mutual fund options.
Qualify and nurture leads through each stage of the sales funnel.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets consistently.
