About the Role



We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-centric professional to be the first interface with our clients. The ideal candidate will identify client needs, profile and triage service requests, and move opportunities forward in the sales pipeline. You will follow up on leads, build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project transitions through all phases. You will also work on customer quotations, translating technical requirements into formal proposals and pricing where applicable. This is a technical sales role, requiring the ability to understand and communicate technical requirements and solutions.

Key Responsibilities



Become the primary point of contact

for customers, delivering a welcoming and responsive experience.

Identify clients' needs and requirements

, perform effective profiling, and segregate service requests to advance them in the sales pipeline.

Follow up on all leads

in a timely, professional, and effective manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships

with both prospective and existing clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to ensure smooth project transitions during different phases of delivery.

Document and track customer interactions

and ensure accurate handoffs to relevant internal teams.

Meet or exceed performance metrics

related to response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Technical sales activities:

articulate technical solutions, qualify technical feasibility, support pre-sales activities, prepare quotations, and ensure timely submission and follow-up.

Desired Profile / Skills



Experience:

1-3 years in a similar client-facing, technical sales, or sales-support role. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Energy & Enthusiasm:

High energy levels with a passion for building customer relationships.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong command of English. Proficiency in Kannada is a must.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong relationship-building capabilities and collaborative mindset.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's preferred

Other:

Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
