Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, products, or services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of client interactions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
6 months - 2 years of experience in
inside sales, telesales, or business development
(B2B or B2C).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience with
CRM tools
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
