We are looking for a smart, motivated, and persuasive
Inside Sales Associate
to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in converting warm leads into customers or participants, handling inquiries, and driving registrations or sales through effective follow-up and communication.
This is a great role for someone who thrives on hitting targets, enjoys speaking with people, and can confidently explain product/event benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Explain products, services, or event offerings clearly and persuasively
Convert interest into action -- e.g., registrations, sales, sign-ups
Follow up on cold/warm leads regularly until closure
Maintain detailed records of leads, conversations, and sales pipeline
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve lead quality
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Requirements:
Strong communication and sales skills
Fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
Confident in speaking on phone/video calls
Basic computer skills -- CRM, Excel/Sheets, email, WhatsApp
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Ability to handle objections and guide clients toward decisions
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in telesales, B2C/B2B inside sales, or event/product sales
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Passion or background in events, automotive, education, or services
