Inside Sales Associate

, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of sales, develop valuable skills, and contribute to a growing company.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities. Clearly articulate product/service information and answer customer queries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:

Fresh Graduate:

Graduated in

2024 or 2025

Language Skills:

Fluent in both

English and Hindi

(verbal and written).

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Enthusiasm:

A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales.

Immediate Joiner:

Ability to start immediately.
