Job Description

We're looking for a smart, confident fresher to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Associate. The role involves handling client communication, follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in driving software sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, be proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Follow up on leads and maintain a clear record of client interactions in Toolyt. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth lead progression. Assist in preparing proposals, follow-up reports, and sales documentation. Understand Toolyt's platform and explain basic product features to prospects.

Requirements:

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or client communication. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Confident in conversations, with a positive and persuasive attitude. Good at maintaining records and using tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms. Quick learner with a genuine interest in technology and software sales.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field. * Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer interaction are eligible.
