Oversee daily operations of the showroom to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and overall visual presentation.
Ensure all products are correctly priced, labeled, and adequately stocked.
Implement company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Sales & Customer Service
Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and after-sales support.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance experience.
Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise showroom staff including sales executives and customer service team.
Prepare and manage work schedules, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Motivate staff to maintain a high level of service and achieve performance goals.
Inventory & Stock Control
Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for timely stock replenishment.
Monitor stock levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure loss prevention.
Maintain accurate records of inventory movement within the showroom.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Track performance metrics, customer footfall, and conversion rates.
Oversee billing, cash handling, and ensure adherence to financial procedures.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities or events.
Marketing & Merchandising
Implement merchandising strategies to increase product visibility.
Support marketing campaigns, seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
Ensure branding guidelines are followed at all times.
