Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

and are looking for enthusiastic

Pre-Sales Associates / Inside Sales Associates

to connect with students & parents, provide accurate information, and generate walk-ins to our branches.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students & parents exploring overseas education opportunities. Present and explain our services, study programs, and processes over the phone. Schedule counseling appointments and encourage office visits. Manage leads effectively using CRM tools. Follow up with prospects to support conversions into successful enrollments. Work closely with the sales & counselling team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Requirements

Experience:

1+ year experience in

BPO, call centers, contact centres, telecalling, telemarketing, or inside sales

preferred. Freshers with

excellent spoken communication skills

(Gujarati, Hindi, English) and a passion for building a career in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Personal Attributes:

Goal-oriented, polite, persistent, and customer-focused. Prior exposure to

EdTech / Overseas Education industry

is a plus.
