We specialize in vehicle tracking, fleet management, and field force automation solutions. We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to support our lead engagement, qualification, and sales growth efforts.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential customers, understanding their requirements, and qualifying leads for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a high level of ownership in driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospects through inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and explain RoadCast's product offerings clearly.
Qualify leads based on need, budget, and interest level.
Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team as needed.
Maintain and update CRM records with all interactions and follow-up activities.
Handle basic product-related queries and escalate complex ones to relevant teams.
Meet weekly and monthly lead qualification and conversion targets.
Support sales campaigns and outreach initiatives to drive pipeline growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer engagement (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer pain points and pitch relevant solutions.
Basic understanding of SaaS sales processes and CRM tools.
Capable of performing in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and work independently with minimal supervision.
