Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound channels
Engage and consult customers with clarity, product knowledge, and strong communication
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients
Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to closure with timely follow-ups
Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Prepare detailed sales reports, track performance, and follow up with clients regularly
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and offering effective solutions
Work with team members to optimize sales strategies and improve performance
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, D2C, luxury/lifestyle products, real estate, or wellness industry (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication (verbal & written) and persuasion skills
Strong customer handling and relationship management experience
Target-driven, disciplined, and accountable approach to work
Proficiency in handling objections and resolving customer concerns
Stable work record and target-oriented mindset
Quick learner with problem-solving mindset & positive attitude
Experience in sales CRM tools is a plus
OJT (On-the-Job Training) Terms
15-day structured OJT & performance evaluation period
Minimum of 2 confirmed unit sales required during OJT
Final confirmation & CTC based on performance
High performers during OJT will be confirmed and will become eligible for the offered CTC
