Job Overview

Infinity Learn, a leading Edtech company, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our digital learning products to potential customers. This is a junior-level position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and offers a competitive salary range.

About the Role:

Academic Counsellor is the face of Infinity Learn for all our students & parents and willhelp

themunderstand how to leverage IL Platform for their learning. This is an individual contributor role

in an employee oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the Infinity

Learns unique way of learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective

students & their parents.

Fix appointments and conduct demo sessions on a daily basis with prospective students & their

parents.

Understand Customer profiles & learning problems to explain implications of ineffective

learning methods and create the need for Infinity Learn course offerings through a structured

Counselling Session with the student and the parents.

Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.

Learn/Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, and market understanding to

achieveand exceed growing Sales target(s).

Desired Skills;

Have good communication skills in English and Hindi with professional presentation.

Comfortable working with 6 days in a Fast-Paced Environment

The candidate should have a laptop/desktop with functional audio/video plugins.

Keen interest in education

Target driven with a problem-solving approach

Interested in mentoring students

Academic Qualification:

Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree

Working Days:

6 days working week ( Monday will be week off)

Compensation :

6 LPA (4 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable) 0 -2yrs experience

7 LPA (5 LPA fixed + 2 LPA variable) 2yrs+ experience

Qualifications and Skills
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Edtech industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of digital learning products and the Edtech market
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Generate sales leads and cold-call potential customers to promote Infinity Learn\'s digital learning products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers
  • Provide product demonstrations and address customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Track and report sales activities using CRM software
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to improve sales processes
  • Participate in training sessions and continue professional development in sales techniques
