Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example as both a
team manager and individual contributor
.
Drive sales performance for the Online MBA program through effective
strategy planning and execution
.
Motivate and manage a team of counselors, ensuring
target achievement
on monthly and quarterly goals.
Develop, monitor, and analyze sales reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve challenges.
Ensure smooth execution of lead management, follow-ups, and closing of admissions.
Collaborate with management to design
strategies for lead generation, conversions, and process improvements
.
Maintain strong communication with students and stakeholders to deliver a
positive admission experience
.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience managing an Online MBA inside sales team
.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership,
team management
, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Sincere, hardworking, and target-driven
professional.
Comfortable with extended working hours and flexible shift timings.
Ability to balance
strategic planning with hands-on execution
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
