Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) with 3 to 4 years of proven experience in inside sales and lead generation. The candidate should be capable of converting leads into sales and actively participating in marketing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other inside sales channels Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Sales Support Proven experience in lead generation and conversion Excellent communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of marketing activities and coordination Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female candidate with prior experience in inside sales & marketing Ability to handle multiple leads and meet deadlines Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
