Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and online research to identify and qualify potential customers.
Sales cycle management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals.
Client relationship management:
Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
Product knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Sales strategy:
Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Sales performance:
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation and closed deals.
Reporting and administration:
Track and report on sales metrics, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in a CRM system.
Market analysis:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activities, and market feedback to identify new opportunities.
Must be able to
communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Fluent in English & Tamil
(speak and write); ability to
speak Hindi and Telugu,
