About the Role

We are looking for motivated

Inside Sales Agents (ISA)

to support our US Market operations. You will connect with potential clients across the US, understand their training needs, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build

international sales experience

while working with a global training leader.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Find and qualify leads through

calls, emails, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.

Speak with

decision-makers

like CIOs, L&D Heads, Procurement, and IT Managers in the US. Understand training needs in areas like

AWS, Azure, AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Business Skills.

Fix

qualified meetings

with mid-level and senior executives for the Sales Team. Keep the

CRM (MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

updated with all client activities. Research industries and accounts to find new opportunities in the US market. Follow

compliance guidelines and call-quality standards

in every interaction. Be open to

traveling (if required) for events or client meetings in India

to support US business.

1+ year of B2B/Enterprise sales experience

(preferably IT training, SaaS, or EdTech). Knowledge of

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.

Strong English communication with

neutral/US accent.

Must have a

personal system, headset, and stable internet connection

for remote work.
