Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for our range of IT hardware products. You will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our customer base and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to present IT hardware solutions.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable hardware products (e.g., servers, Laptops, switches, desktops, etc.).
Qualify leads and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Work closely with technical pre-sales or solution architects to deliver tailored solutions.
Stay updated on the latest IT hardware products, trends, and industry developments.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Handle post-sales support or route inquiries to appropriate departments when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT hardware or technology sales.
Familiarity with common IT hardware such as servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A self-starter attitude with a passion for sales and customer success.
