About the Role
As part of Innovaccer's Inside Sales Discovery Team, you will play a key role in shaping the first impression of our company with potential healthcare partners. Your mission is to discover, qualify, and create interest in Innovaccer's solutions across your assigned accounts. You'll engage with prospects through scheduled calls (primarily generated via Marketing programs and campaigns), conduct meaningful discovery to understand organizational priorities, and collaborate with Sales to convert qualified interest into opportunities.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine curiosity, commercial acumen, and comfort with AI-powered tools to prospect intelligently and personalize at scale.
A Day in the Life
1. Discovery & Qualification
a. Conduct structured discovery calls with healthcare executives and decision-makers from Marketing-generated campaigns or inbound interest.
b. Uncover key business challenges, care-delivery gaps, and digital-transformation priorities relevant to Innovaccer's platform.
c. Use qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) and AI-enabled insights to assess opportunity fit.
2. Value Communication & Engagement
a. Communicate Innovaccer's value proposition clearly and persuasively during early- stage conversations.
b. Apply conversational AI tools to research, personalize outreach, and summarize discovery outcomes.
c. Create curiosity that leads to deeper sales engagement.
3. Collaboration with Sales
a. Transition qualified prospects seamlessly to Account Executives or Regional Sales Directors.
b. Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, share feedback, and co-create campaigns.
c. Maintain CRM hygiene and visibility into opportunity progression.
4. Data, Insights & AI-Enabled Productivity
a. Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Salesforce Einstein, Outreach AI, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator's Copilot to:Draft tailored outreach and call follow-ups.
b. Summarize discovery conversations and generate actionable insights.
c. Automate research, persona identification, and account intelligence.
d. Continuously experiment with AI workflows to improve efficiency and personalization.
