Job role for Inside Sales Account Manager (OFFICE BASED ROLE):
We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to work closely with our Product Management Team and Field Sales team from our Mumbai Head Office.
Role:
Send quotations and monitor quotes closed, converted and lost..
Negotiating closure of quotes to orders
- Give status update on supplies and orders received
- Be the face of the company to the customer for all his requirements.
- Responsible for networking with new user in the academic and industry.
- Work closely with field sales team for all Sales related tasks. (Order management, Price Negotiation)
- Support Product Managers to build sales
Requirements:
2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, Sales Coordinator, Customer service, Client Coordination or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (eg: inbound, outbound)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software and MS Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be fluent in English, Hindi. Regional languages like Gujarati, Punjabi, Telugu and Kannada preferred as additional skills.
