Key Responsibilities
1. Inside Sales & Outreach
Identify and reach out to
corporate marketing, digital, and communication teams
across mid-sized and enterprise accounts
Position DS Studio as a
fast, dependable, and scalable content production agency
Conduct introductory calls, follow-ups, and qualification discussions
Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities
2. Marketing & Content Collaboration
Coordinate with internal creative, AI, and delivery teams on:
Social media content
Website content updates
Case studies, decks, and capability presentations
Support brand positioning and messaging consistency across channels
3. Proposals & Communication
Draft:
Sales outreach emails
Pitch decks and proposals
Scope documents and introductory notes
Customize proposals based on client needs and engagement scope
Assist in pricing discussions and commercial documentation
4. Project Ownership & Delivery Support
Act as the
internal point of contact
post-deal closure
Lead project coordination to ensure:
Timely kick-offs
Clear communication between client and delivery teams
Successful and on-time deliveries
Support account expansion through repeat and upsell opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-4 years of experience in:
Inside sales, business development, or client servicing
Digital agency, content agency, SaaS, or marketing services environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable drafting emails, decks, and proposals
Basic understanding of:
Content marketing
Social media
Video, design, or digital campaigns
Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working remotely
Ability to manage multiple conversations and projects simultaneously
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Prior experience with:
Marketing agencies, creative studios, or MarTech companies
CRM tools (Freshsales, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience handling enterprise or B2B clients
