Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential B2B clients for the app.
Develop and execute strategies to drive app downloads and registrations.
Engage with businesses to pitch the app's value proposition.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
2. Client Onboarding & Retention:
Guide new clients through the app onboarding process.
Provide training and support to ensure seamless integration.
Address client concerns and enhance user experience.
Maintain ongoing communication to improve retention and engagement.
3. Revenue Generation & Sales Growth:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Negotiate and close deals with B2B clients.
Upsell and cross-sell app features to maximize revenue.
Track and analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
4. Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights to improve app functionality and user adoption.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Generate reports on client acquisition, sales, and growth opportunities.
