We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Inside Partner Manager to manage and grow our network of channel and reseller partners. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external partners, driving sales through the partner ecosystem, and ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams. This is a high-impact role that requires strong communication, coordination, and sales skills, ideally suited for someone experienced in inside sales and channel partner management.
Roles & Responsibilities for Inside Partner Team Leader
Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned channel/inside partners
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to drive loyalty and growth
Understand partner business models and align company solutions to their goals
Sales Enablement & Target Achievement
Drive sales through the partner network to meet revenue and performance targets
Educate partners on product offerings, promotions, and use cases
Support partners in lead generation, deal registration, and sales closure
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track partner performance against KPIs (sales, pipeline, activity metrics)
Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders
Identify inactive or underperforming partners and re-engage or re-strategize
Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve partner productivity.
Understand the product in detail and provide a quick intro of its features to the users over the call - Meet Daily, Weekly and monthly targets as per company requirements
Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on partner initiatives.
Participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners.
Work with internal teams to create partner-specific offers and promotions.
Training and Onboarding
Onboard new partners and provide ongoing training on products, tools, and processes
Conduct regular webinars, product updates, and enablement sessions
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, logistics, finance) to address partner needs
Ensure timely resolution of partner issues (pricing, delivery, commissions, etc.)
Maintain accurate partner records and communication in CRM systems
Qualification and Requirement
3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Partner Management, or Channel Sale.
1 Year at least team handling experience.
Proven experience managing channel/reseller/distributor partnerships
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, partner dynamics, and channel ecosystems
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using CRM platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess partner performance and strategy
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Skills for Inside Partner Team Leader
Experience in SaaS, IT, or tech-related industries
Multilingual communication ability (English + regional languages preferred)
