We are looking for a proactive and experienced Inside Online Sales Executive to manage online B2B sales activities, handle customer inquiries, and drive conversions through platforms like IndiaMART, JustDial, and TradeIndia. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the steel/metal industry with strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
? Handle online inquiries from IndiaMART, JustDial, and TradeIndiaplatforms.
? Respond promptly to leads and ensure high conversion rates.
? Share pricing, stock availability, product images, and datasheets with customers.
? Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close deals.
? Maintain strong customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction ratings.
? Negotiate pricing based on company margins and market position.
? Coordinate with Purchase, Dispatch, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
? Manage documentation such as PI, SO, dispatch follow-ups, CRMentries, and MIS reports. ? Monitor steel market trends, pricing updates, and competitor activities.
? Demonstrate strong knowledge of SS/MS grades such as 304, 316, 310, 321, 202, etc.
? Perform basic technical calculations, including weight and material specifications.
? Use WhatsApp Business and email automation tools for communication.
? Handle SEO uploads, product catalog updates, and certificate/document management. Skills & Qualifications Required
