Job Description

We are inviting applications from fresher's (B.Tech - CSE / MBA - Marketing) who are interested in starting their careers in Inside IT Sales. This role offers a 6-month internship, during which candidates will be trained and assessed. Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be considered for a full-time role, with a performance-based package.

Internship Highlights (6 Months):



Hands-on training in lead generation, client communication, and CRM tools. Exposure to IT products, industry practices, and sales strategies. Regular evaluations and mentoring support. Opportunity to work closely with the sales and marketing teams on live projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Fundamentals:

Assist in identifying and qualifying leads. Communicate with prospects via calls, emails, and CRM tools. Track and manage sales pipelines effectively.
IT Knowledge:

Understand IT products/services and how they meet client needs. Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques. Simplify technical concepts for client communication.
Sales Strategy Support:

Support in executing sales strategies to generate business. Build customer relationships and assist in closing deals.
Soft Skills Development:

Develop communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Eligibility:



B.Tech (CSE)

or

MBA (Marketing)

- Fresher's. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in IT sales and client interaction.

Mohali (Punjab)
