We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Growth Executive to assist in identifying & nurturing various opportunities to generate revenue for the organisation.
Key Roles &
Responsibilities:
Identifying & preparing users (government & private) database aligning to genomics / multi-omics solutions offering by company
Cold calling & emailing them company offerings & fixing appointment to meet and discuss the opportunity
Attending to in-bound business queries & discussing the opportunities
Preparing Genomics project proposal as per the discussion with Client
Preparing Sales quotations in adherence to project discussions and follow-up for work orders
Plan & meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for the assigned zones.
Keep yourself updated with new technologies; make internal presentations about them and evaluate them to enhance company's offering across the taxonomical division
Identify novel application of genomics assays with business potential and propose internally for adding new offering to Bionivid for commercialisation
Assists in the orientation and training of new employees / interns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or any other life sciences.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in the field.

Ability to engage with clients through phone, email, and social media.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Salary:
15,000 to 20,000 INR + Performance-based incentives.
