We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager

with experience in

software sales, ERP solutions, CRM

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies to expand our company's reach in

national and international markets

.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Research & Strategy:

Identify potential business opportunities, analyze industry trends, and develop strategic business plans.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Generate leads, initiate conversations, and build relationships with potential clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Proposal & Presentation:

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches to potential clients.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product development) to align business objectives.

Networking:

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and business forums to enhance brand presence and create new opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



MBA in Marketing

or a related field is mandatory.

3-5 years of experience

in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Proven expertise in

software sales, ERP solutions, CRM

. Strong

presentation skills

and

excellent English communication

.

Client-facing experience

with the ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders. Experience in handling

national and international clients

. Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, target-driven

environment. Proficiency in

CRM tools and MS Office Suite

.
