Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients effectively.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for campaign follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Provide quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to convert prospects into sales.
Handle inbound inquiries and ensure timely responses to customer needs.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activity, and market trends.
Support post-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Report daily/weekly performance and pipeline updates to management.
