Responsibilities:
Experience - 12+ Years Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of data platforms using Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, and Azure Design, develop, and implement data engineering solutions using Databricks on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Engage directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable data solutions Drive adoption of lakehouse architectures, data engineering best practices, and AI/ML modernization Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, data analysts and business/client stakeholders Define and enforce data governance, security, and performance standards Mentor and grow a team of data professionals; contribute to practice development Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in Data and AI technologies to enhance our development processes Ways to stand out Architect scalable, cloud-native data platforms Master Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, and Azure ecosystems Bridge business needs with technical solutions Champion data governance and AI-ready pipelines Lead client engagements and transformation programs
Mandatory skill sets:
Deep expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, and Google Cloud Platform Strong experience in data architecture, pipeline design, and cloud-native engineering Hands-on with Spark, SQL, Python, Delta Lake, and streaming frameworks Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements, workshops, and solution presentations Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks Strong understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and performance optimization
Preferred skill sets:
Certifications in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or GCP Experience with AI/ML integration, data mesh, or data fabric architectures Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in project delivery, proposal development, and practice building

BE, B.Tech, ME, M,Tech, MCA (60% above)
