Hand on client service experience on business process design
Process study, analysis, gap analysis with respect to the best practices
Hands on project and programme management skills
Agile software development and project management skills
Software quality management processes
CMMI Level 5 Dev standard processes and practices
CMMI Level 5 Svc standard processes and practices
ISO 9000 /20000 / 27000 standard processes and practices
Hands on statistical analysis
Good written and verbal English communication
Experience:
More than 15 years of overall experience;
More than 10 years of work experience in business process design, quality management processes for clients (present experience)
Demonstrable experience as SAFe Agilist professional
Demonstrable experience in working as CMMI assessment as consultant, ATM or HME
Demonstrated experience in working as quality consulting leader of the whole enterprise or a large business unit (in the recent 5 years period)
Demonstrable experience managing SCAMPI processes successfully (in the recent 2 years period)
Experience in managing ISO 9000 / 20000 / 27000 review processes
