As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Compliance teams to understand security requirements and translate them into effective Workday Security configurations. Design and maintain security roles, domain security policies, and business process security policies. Ensure compliance with data privacy and access control standards across Workday modules. Document security requirements, process flows, and test scenarios. Monitor and audit security configurations to ensure alignment with governance policies. Stay current with Workday releases and security best practices. Participate in Agile/SAFe development cycles and contribute to solutioning discussions.
Mandatory skill sets:
4-8 years of experience in Workday Security configuration. Strong understanding of Workday's security framework and cross-functional capabilities. Experience in documenting and implementing security requirements. Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, preferably SAFe. Awareness of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred skill sets:
Workday Security Certification Exposure to other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll) Experience with audit and compliance processes

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
